Imagine waking up in cozy comfort surrounded by alpacas. It’s like a comfy sleepover with a countryside charm twist!
To start things off, let’s look at the crème de la crème of alpaca farm stays in Ontario. Imagine this: You’re in a super fancy cottage or apartment, right in the heart of alpaca territory. It’s like living the high life, with the bonus of having fluffy, adorable neighbours too. Sounds pretty awesome, right?
1. SHED Chetwyn Farms
This huge, Loyalist-style cottage nestled in Prince Edward County isn’t just any farm; it’s THE bustling alpaca hotspot of the region. SHED Chetwyn Farms features 55 acres all dedicated to the cutest, fluffiest alpacas you’ll ever see.
And, it’s not just all about farming either! They’ve got design, fashion, and retail all rolled into one.
Visitors from all corners of the globe flock here, and guess what? They host some swanky VIP events, workshops, and tours from mid-May right up until Christmas.
But it gets better. Their ‘farm cottage’ is a total gem in Prince Edward County. 1,200 square feet of pure coziness, complete with a baby grand piano (fancy, right?). And, if you’re bringing little ones, no sweat – they’ve got you covered with kid-friendly stuff like a high chair. Talk about luxury-meets-family-friendly vibes!
Now, for the fun part – here are some of the things you can do with alpacas at SHED Chetwyn Farms:
